The contraction that we sometimes experience comes to move us from one place to another, to destabilize us, to take us out of our comfort zone, to test us to see if we have put into practice what we already know we should do.
It is not easy to feel all this discomfort, but sometimes feeling like we are drowning in our own rough seas is necessary to touch our depths, to observe everything that is down there in the darkness asking for attention and not evasion, to once again transform it and thus push ourselves to come back to the surface, clearer, lighter.

Being in a dark place feels like a mess, a stagnation, confusion, as if nothing will happen, but in reality EVERYTHING is happening, it is being an opportunity to rethink, recalibrate and observe that which no longer fits in our luggage, that is why we are uncomfortable because we are carrying too much, that which once worked for us before but now is too big and heavy for the backpack we are carrying. Maybe the darkness is just an opportunity and a pause on that path we are traveling to make changes in our route, to be more comfortable and connected, to enjoy the trip more!
And when everything becomes uncomfortable and uncertain again, we must trust again that this is also part of the process that we ourselves have chosen, that we have put ourselves on this path so that through it and its challenges we can become beautiful diamonds.
Sometimes I imagine all this discomfort pressing on me as if I were a stone and two walls were squeezing me with the full intention of breaking me and turning me into a precious stone.
As our grandparents used to say, when it gets darkest, it's because it's about to dawn 🌅 TRUST!
Just like rivers and seas, let us flow with their dances, because when we accept that the journey of our life will always be ups and downs until our last breath, we will learn to enjoy every moment much more, no matter how uncomfortable it may be.
The good thing is that after a contraction comes a beautiful EXPANSION ✨
Just like when a new being is about to be born!
